As we prepare to close the book on 2025, we are taking a moment to reflect on the incredible work God has done in our city. This year, Austin Bridge Builders Alliance had the privilege of connecting, equipping, and serving hundreds of leaders across the Austin area.

But numbers only tell half the story. The real story is the collaboration and unity we’ve witnessed firsthand.

We have compiled the data, the stories, and the vision into our 2025 Impact Report, which officially launches tomorrow. We invite you to keep an eye out for it—you won’t want to miss seeing how our community is moving forward together.

Today, we celebrate the courage, sacrifice, and continued impact of those who have served our nation. At ABBA, we’re especially grateful for two veterans in our Emerging Leaders Initiative: Joshua (U.S. Marine Corps) and Ian (U.S. Army – 25th Infantry Division).

💬 Joshua shared: “God is my commandant now, and ELI is my bootcamp.”

💬 Ian said: “Being honored reminds me I still have much more to give—and I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to lead again.”

These men exemplify servant leadership both in and out of uniform. We are so thankful for the way they continue to lead with purpose, humility, and strength.

Our ELI group met today for their second session, and things are going amazing. The discussion was focused on the importance of self-awareness in leadership, guided by their reading of "Practicing the Way" by John Mark Comer.

It's powerful to see these leaders engaging with such important material. We can't wait for the next one!
