Annual Graduation | A Day to Remember 🥋🖤

This year’s annual graduation was truly special.

I had the honor of awarding 11 new black belts — a moment that never gets old, no matter how many times you experience it. Each belt represents years of sacrifice, discipline, injuries, setbacks, victories, and unwavering commitment to Jiu Jitsu.

What made this day even more powerful was sharing the mats with 36 black belts, representing two different affiliations, all united by respect, friendship, and the love for this art. That’s what Jiu Jitsu is about — community over ego, growth over rivalry.

And one moment I will carry with me forever:
I awarded my first black belt to a woman — Janice.
Just three weeks after winning No-Gi Worlds, she stood on the mat not only as a world champion, but as a symbol of perseverance, excellence, and inspiration for future generations. History was made.

I’m extremely proud of every student, coach, and black belt who helped build this environment. This isn’t just about belts — it’s about character, legacy, and the people we become through Jiu Jitsu.

Thank you to everyone who continues to trust the process and walk this journey with us.

The mats were full.
The energy was real.
And the future is bright. 👊🏽

This past Saturday was a special one! Not only did we come together for our belt promotion ceremony, but we also celebrated 11 years of Fight Factory Jiu Jitsu—a decade-plus of hard work, dedication, and a community built on passion for the art.

Jiu-Jitsu is a journey, not a destination. Every belt and every stripe represents sweat, discipline, and the will to keep pushing forward, even when things get tough.

To those who leveled up—𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘴! This is just the beginning of a new chapter in your journey. To those still grinding—𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦, trust the process, and your time will come.

A huge thank you to our coaches, teammates, and everyone who has been part of this gym’s journey for the past 11 years. This is more than just a place to train—it’s a family, a legacy, and a place where we continue to grow together.

“Last week, two brothers, .andrew and , showed incredible heart and skill in the ring. Andrew, after dominating two top-tier opponents, narrowly lost in the semifinals by referee decision. His journey was nothing short of impressive. William, facing an opponent 60 pounds heavier, put on a stellar performance in the first and second rounds.
