Hey neighbors! Jenn Nguyen 's husband was at Lindshire Park and found something valuable that somebody might’ve dropped out of their car or set out and forgot. Hoping to find the owner.
We don’t wanna post the specific item but if someone lost/ forgot something there Wednesday morning, he found it on his 5:00 AM run.

Hi neighbors. We have had a large handful of complaints about the teen/tweens on dirt bikes around the neighborhood lately. E-bikes have pedals and are 750 watts or less, what we have been seeing are dirt bikes which are not legal on sidewalks, bike lanes or hike/bike trails and require license and registration to drive on roads. Police and lawyers have been notified and are being kept up to date. If these are your kids please handle, or you know them please make the parents aware.

Two messages were regarding dirt bikes at the playground yesterday, details below:

1) We were at the park this afternoon with several small children when a group of boys (seemed around 10-13 years old) were riding electric dirt bikes around the circle sidewalk over and over again. I think one is named Connor and another Jack. When we asked them give the kids some space and ride elsewhere they were extremely rude, used inappropriate language, and refused to leave. We ended up having to call the police and then they finally left.

One boy got on my 3-year-old's bike and was doing wheelies. When I told him to get off he stopped, but when I turned my back he immediately got back on. When I went to move the bike to my truck, he hopped on my bike as well.

These are not standard ebikes. They are electric dirt bikes with no pedals, which means they do not meet the legal definition of an ebike under Texas law. That classifies them as unregistered motor vehicles, requiring registration, insurance, and a license to operate legally.

2) Yesterday some tweens were riding dirt bikes on the playground. When when spoke with them and asked them to leave they were extremely rude.

Later my husband and I were walking home and then continued to harass us.

Hey fam! Faye Coffill was walking by the Amenity Center around 7:30pm tonight, Monday 5/11 and saw someone drop something off the top of their car. She said if they can tell her their car and what it is, she has it and is happy to return!
