🤯 What it feels like when Conrad Lozano from Los Lobos tells you you're awesome.
The memories from our recent collab with the Grammy winning band Paramount Theatre continue to flood. And we're not about to turn around. We'd rather drown in the afterglow of watching our students Brandon R (Percussion), Brandon J (Tenor Saxophone), and Juan (Trumpet) absolutely kill it onstage.
Catch these Anthropos All-Star students live at our upcoming Cuban extravaganza show at Batch - Craft Beer and Kolaches on Father's Day (6/21) from 4-6pm.
This is what mentorship reaps—growth in spades. Your monthly support keeps the music playing and the growth growing.

It’s , and we’re bringing the flute fire from the 28th Annual Real World Music Showcase at Antone's. 🎶🔥
Our students aren’t just playing notes—they’re owning the stage, improvising, and showing what confidence looks like in action.

Remember when you were a kid and making friends was as easy as asking, "Do you wanna play LEGOS?"
As we grow older, connecting with new people can feel a little intimidating—sometimes even more daunting than we expect.
This was true for Anthropos Arts All-Stars band member and mentor, Brandon Juarez. Before jamming and bonding with his fellow bandmates, he found it challenging to step out of his comfort zone.
For Brandon, having a shared passion for music helped him build the confidence to find his voice and open doors to new opportunities.
You can help open those doors for future generations of musicians by becoming a monthly supporter.

🤘 We've got mas greatest hits from our collab with Los Lobos!
Our students, Brandon Ramirez (percussion), Brandon Juarez (tenor sax), and Juan Reza (trumpet), joined the Grammy-winning legends onstage at the Paramount Theater earlier this month.
This clip captures an accordion moment that gives us the good kind of goosebumps. 😉

❗Let’s rally for Peelander-Z!
Our friends, mentors, and collaborators Peelander Z were recently in a serious accident while touring in Albuquerque, NM. They were hospitalized with traumatic injuries—but thankfully, they’re still with us.
Anthropos Arts students have jammed with these Austin legends, and Kengo (Peelander-Yellow Artist) brought our office mural and 25th anniversary shirt to life. Now, they need our support. Their recovery will be tough, but we know the Austin music community is tougher.
If you’re able, please consider donating to their GoFundMe. When one of us is down, we lift each other up. 🤘
