First Community Mortgage

Day 3 - Loan Summit - it was where your red polo shirt day. We learned about social media and how to market ourselves. A big thank you to Gabriela Rodriguez, who shared her tips with us. Time to get back and apply all that we learned?

Day 2 - President of FNBT, Bobby Hoxworth, shared some economic insights and plans for the future growth. We learned about loan programs, mortgage insurance, appraisals, and other great tools.

Day 1 of Loan Summit - we kicked off with our own panel of Loan Officers who shared how they have become successful: David Rodriguez, Renee Hinojosa, and Andre Rattray. We would like to thank the people that poured their time into making this a successful event: Todd Pennington, Sarah Washko, Joe Avila, and Dina Edmondson. The evening ended with a team building event at Too Golf.

Earlier this week, the Loan Officers at First Community Mortgage had the opportunity to attend the annual Loan Officer Summit. This year we were able to hold the Summit in the brand new Training Building in Irving, Texas. The facility was top notch and the days were packed with great industry information and a visit from our Bank President Bobby Hoxworth.
