Ready and excited to see this!
This goes out to the Long Center, also the public who might see the post. I bought some tickets through the Long Center to a Bell County Expo Center concert. After a second (I think) rescheduling of the concert I decided because of that and with the COVID 19 situation I would ask for a refund. I hoped that the Long Center would be helpful in this matter because of the continuing pandemic. Thing is, I can't reach anyone, any person, any live human being at the Long Center to request a refund, and no one has returned my calls; I left messages with about six individuals shown on their website. I may or may not ever get a refund, but thought I would broadcast a warning: You may want to think twice about buying any tickets or services from the Long Center right now. Because of the pandemic, concerts are delayed, postponed, cancelled, and your money is ...gone. If I do reach anyone I will come back to the site and let you know if they still have any kind of dependable reputable business functioning.
I have been trying to reach someone at the Long Center for 2 months about tickets I purchased. I have sent several emails but never get a response. Everytime I call I am on hold for 20+ minutes and finally hang up. I even tried messaging them on FB but they just responded saying I have to send an email.

Christmas is around the corner......What better way to get your holiday shopping day started than to come by our showroom and enjoy our Holiday Coffee Bar!
We would love to have you join us Wednesday, December 18th from 10:00am to 12:00pm and treat yourself to some delicious and warm goodies.
Feel free to invite a friend as well.

We have so many fun events coming up. Don't forget to like and follow us on Facebook and Instagram and see the upcoming events, photos and more.
Is there a clear bag policy at the Long Center?
Have tried to contact you through your website and you should be aware, the contact page doesn't SUBMIT after you fill it out! The little box where you check "I am not a robot" disappears before you can submit. Frustrating at best.
Hey why doesn't the box office answer their phone, emails, or chat? Been calling since Friday.
My greatest wish is to go see JEANNE ROBERTSON live.
Please be mindful of this individual. She was selling tickets on this page for the Boston Pops’ John Williams show I’m Austin. She took my money, did NOT send me the ticket, and then blocked me on social media so I could not contact her.
How do I get in touch with someone at the Long Center if I have questions about my tickets for tonight?

Connecting our community through creativity, one Austin experience at a time.

We love to amplify the work of female-identifying artists any chance we get, which is why we're thrilled to host Mia Florentine Weiss' iconic one-word visual poem, LOVE HATE. This profoundly simple work reads "hate" when viewing from one side, and "love" from the other, showing through experience that we can turn hate into love if we just change our perspective. To make this residency even more noteworthy, it was spearheaded by LC President & CEO Cory Baker and LC Trustee Amber Bradbury. We feel pretty dang lucky to be led by these strong, brilliant, and creative women 💪 Special thanks to Google for their support of this installation and all our community-building efforts.
