The softail is back up and running. I replaced the starter with an All Balls Racing starter and that’s sorted. I can now pick up where I left off and start tuning the carb. 😃

Got the softail up and rideable then 5 minutes later the starter clutch failed. So now I’m doing that today. Fun times.

Some of my favorite bikes from the Handbuilt Motorcycle Show at COTA last night.
Softail is at the point where I can ride it. Still need to work out a couple kinks with the starter and tune the carb a little bit but at least I can ride it now.

All new carbon fiber body work for the Buell XB9
She’s up and running. Now I can move forward with the reassembly and get on the road so I can start tuning the carburetor. Taking it one day at a time.
