Check out this renovation and addition we completed. This 1931 French Cottage still holds its character while modern luxuries adorn it now.

We took this house down to the studs, added a 3 car garage with apartment above, extended the living, kitchen, dining and added a powder bath. Additionally, we completely revamped the outdoor kitchen with an Argentinian Parrilla.

We added a second story to this beauty and retooled some of the interior wall finish

We removed the entire rights side of the original house, and gutted the left side down to the studs. We added quite a bit of square footage including the carport, rear upper and lower decks, and a screened in porch.
