1. While on your back, bring your right leg up to a right angle. You can press your foot against the wall for support.
2. Lift your left leg and place your left ankle over your right knee and hold your foot with your right hand and pull.
3. With your left hand pressing your left knee and push/ hold the position for a moment. This helps stretch the tiny piriformis muscle, which sometimes becomes inflamed and presses against the sciatic nerve, causing pain.
4. Do the same exercise with the other leg.

Wake ⏰️up to yoga 🧘🏽♀️ "Floor 🤸♂️Side Bends". Lay on the floor start on your back with your arms and legs wide. Then, as you🫁 inhale, bring your right elbow down to the side and your right 🦵knee up to the side to touch (or almost touch) each other, while keeping your back on the floor. Exhale😤 as you move back to center, then repeat on the left side.
Alternating sides, do these movements a total of six times on each side. Then deepen the stretch on the lengthened side by reaching that arm and leg toward the bent side, coming into a kind of banana 🍌shape, for six more repetitions on each side.
