Congratulations Mary Kate Brown and Heather Reynolds on delivering outstanding thesis presentations! Mary Kate informed us on the Just War Theory while Heather presented on the effectiveness of Family Play Therapy. Thank you ladies for superbly representing the CTX Honors Program!

We will be having a white elephant gift exchange, so please bring a wrapped gift to participate!

Honors students,
You are invited and encouraged to attend the Honors Program thesis presentations on December 7th. Seniors Mary Kate Brown and Heather Reynolds will be presenting in the Building B study lounge at 3pm. Please plan on attending to support your fellow Honors Program members. Also, you are encouraged to attend in order to see how the presentations are structured so that you will have an idea of how to present your thesis once you are a senior.

You're invited to join the Honors Program in celebrating the holiday season! On December 7 at 8:50 pm (after the Literature of Diversity class) in C-228, we will be having a Christmas party! At the party we will be having a "white elephant" gift exchange, so please bring a gift to participate. Come spread holiday cheer and enjoy visiting with other members of the Honors Program. Reminder: Next Monday, November 2nd, the Honors Program will be having an ice cream social at 5pm in C-228. Following the ice cream social, everyone is welcome to join the Literature of Diversity Class in discussing the Secret Life of Bees. We hope to see you there!
Don't forget: This is your last week to bring any warm clothing items that you wish to donate (hoodies, socks, blankets, etc.) to have distributed to the homeless population in Austin! Items can be dropped off at Dr. Bloom's office in building C.
