2001 State Semi Finals

Me and My Brothers from Converse Judson went to the Frank Erwin Center and Battled the #1 Team in the Country!!! Sugarland Willowridge!!! Led by TJ Ford (Texas), Daniel Ewing (Duke), and Kenny Taylor (Baylor).

While everyone thought they would blow us out like they had been doing teams all season, it took the Willowridge Eagles Double Overtime to get pass the Judson Rockets 75-72.

Definitely was a great experience being able to play In the State Tournament and being 1 of 4 teams left in Texas to Compete for a State Title.

Good Luck to all the teams competing today and tomorrow for a chance to bring home a State Title to their schools and community!!!
