For our Seniors Day, we welcomed the senior loved ones of our GAPsters for a special experience focused on community, creativity and getting closer to technology in a practical and approachable way.

From exploring useful digital tools and apps to enjoying an art and wellness activity together, the day was all about learning, connecting, and discovering something new.

Because technology can be more than a tool—it can help people stay connected, feel more confident, and navigate everyday life with greater independence.

And sometimes, the most meaningful innovation starts by making technology feel more accessible to everyone.

Think about how you wrote code just a couple of years ago. Chances are, your workflow looks very different today.

As vibe coding accelerates experimentation and agentic AI takes on increasingly complex development tasks, the engineer's role is shifting beyond simply writing code.

Defining the right problem. Making architectural decisions. Understanding trade-offs. Reviewing AI-generated work. Taking ownership of what ultimately ships.

In other words, the craft isn't disappearing. It's moving up a level.
