Downtown Austin’s nightlife is truly wonderful, and it’s for people craving great late-night food that we’ve opened up our food truck. Our specialty is Neapolitan pizza, which means you’ll find San Marzano tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and flavorful sausages across our menu. However, we’ve also added a new element: sustainable energy. Instead of coal, we use an innovative electric oven that heats up to 900 degrees and cooks your pizza in less than 90 seconds with zero emissions! This city’s nocturnal population deserves something delicious and eco-friendly to fuel their evenings out, and we’re here to serve them exactly that, one pizza at a time.
