I didn’t start Mane Mission to travel.
I started it because I realized five days a year isn’t enough.

Cambodia changed me in 2021, but it was the second trip that shifted everything. Not just teaching a haircut, but building a pathway where training becomes income and skill becomes stability.

Because hair isn’t “just hair” until it becomes someone’s confidence, autonomy, or a way forward.

That’s why we’re launching a training salon with HeartPrint. A real space where women can learn, work, and earn, led by people who live there.

This isn’t a trip. It’s a long-term mission.

Women Celebrating Women 🫶🏼

In the 1920s and 1930s, beauty schools were among the few institutions that trained women for skilled professions. This allowed them to achieve financial independence at a time when career opportunities were limited. Globally, the beauty sector has one of the highest percentages of female entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals. From salon owners to brand founders, it provides women with economic empowerment and career flexibility.
