At today's quarterly luncheon at Nyle Maxwell Supercenter, we took time to recognize the people and values that keep this company moving forward.

Our General Manager, Brent Rayfield, spoke about the importance of consistency, gratitude, and perspective reminding us that what we may consider a "bad day" could still look very different to someone facing real hardship.

We also celebrated several team members reaching 15-20 years with the company, an incredible reflection of loyalty and dedication. And our CEO, Nyle Maxwell, recognized our amazing IT Director for 15 years of service - the person behind the scenes who somehow fixes everything and keeps us connected and up and running.

Another powerful takeaway from today was the reminder that success is about more than price. It's about building value through customer experience, our relationships, and the way we serve people every day.
