Due to the normal healthy growth/ shedding cycle; We ask that clients inform stylist(s) with in 48 HOURS of the rendered service of an unsatisfactory lash application to fix any issues.

Otherwise, varying outside factors such as home/ lash care, perspiration, outdoor debris can interrupt the desired lash look & a new lash appointment will be the tilt image solution.

Timely communication allows us to render complete satisfaction in a manner that serves you all best.
