🦟 Heartworm disease: Mosquitoes can easily find their way indoors through open doors, windows, or small screens. If an infected mosquito bites your cat, it can transmit heartworm disease. Unfortunately, there is no approved treatment for heartworm disease in cats, making prevention especially important.

🪲 Fleas: Fleas are tiny hitchhikers! They can come inside on your clothing or arrive with another pet who spends time outdoors. Once inside, a single flea can quickly become a much bigger problem.

Indoor living reduces your pet's risk, but it doesn't eliminate it. Year round parasite prevention is an important part of keeping your cat healthy and protected. ❤️
