State lawmakers said they have already passed laws addressing all but one of the deficiencies found by the investigation into last year's deadly flood at Camp Mystic. They also promised to address the remaining problem identified — the inability of camp counselors to reach the camp’s owners during the flood — in the next legislative session that begins in January.
