We feel incredibly proud and privileged to join the fight in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in our Chicago office, by turning everything pink! In the United States alone, 1 in 8 women are affected, and globally that number is even higher at 2.3 million women. A small gesture of solidarity, such as wearing pink is something we can all do to create meaningful connections with the fighters, survivors, researchers & family members affected by this disease. We urge you to join us in taking part in, celebrating, and honoring the warriors and remembering the fighters of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The latest BLS Jobs Report is out and we're taking a look at some of the key industry data for the Tech Industry.
187K total jobs added
24K tech jobs added
In terms of hiring, the report indicates the labor market is rebalancing, but it’s a gradual process, and that explains why we’re still seeing some tightness, especially in industries, like tech, where there is still a shortage of highly skilled professionals. But, tech was once again a top performing industry with 24k jobs added and a slight dip in its unemployment rate for the second month in a row.
