Beware of contractors who are continually criticizing other people's work especially posting regularly on Facebook.

They do it to get attention and business.

Some people will cut another person's head off so that they can be seen.

My work speaks for itself.

And, I have no problem complimenting other contractors because I want them to succeed as well.

An important freeze prevention reminder:

- cover or wrap outside faucets. To wrap use hand towels or a T-shirt. Then cover with plastic bag taping or ziptie it securely.
(Do not elect to drip outside faucet because eventually the faucet will freeze and the water will freeze inside the pipe. ).

- drip water on inside faucets. Both hot and cold on faucets which are installed against the exterior walls.

- leave cabinet doors under sinks and laboratories open for pipes to be exposed to interior heat.

- I will be available for small service calls to turn off water or small quick repairs. I have the flu so I cannot do large jobs.

Reminders

- cover your outside faucets. If you don't have a cover simply take a small towel (or two) and wrap the faucet. Then tape a plastic bag over it

- open cabinet doors under sinks and faucets so that the heat can contribute to keeping your pipes safe.

- drip both hot and cold water during the freeze.

I will be available to do water shutoffs but will not be able to do extensive repairs until I get over the flu.
