Located on a prime site in Austin's continuously evolving east side, construction has begun on this class A, five-story multi-family wrap building, LÍRICA. The project consists of 338 for-rent apartment units, a two-story fitness center, an expansive outdoor courtyard with a resort-style pool, a clubhouse, pet amenities, and co-working spaces. The design is intended to fit into the neighborhood's industrial character, incorporating divided light windows and intricate brick detailing. The development includes an adjacent quarter of an acre park for residents and the East Austin community to enjoy. Site work has begun on this exciting development with expected completion in 2026.
