I have been told I was hacked and people are getting friend requests from me. The βreal meβ has an update on my cancer journey. At the moment there is no evidence of disease which is great news. I continue with physical therapy twice a week and lymphatic work. Still have strong fatigue, chemo brain and other lingering symotoms. I never understood before that cancer is never really over. Always something to look out for. Again thanks for all the support I received from friends and of course my loving family. Itβs a hateful disease and I continue with my pink sisters to ask for strength to fight for good health! π©·

A bunch of you have asked me for a breast cancer journey update. So here it is. I'm still standing somehow. I did 5 months of two kinds of chemo, had cancer removal surgery in March as well as two other additions to surgery. I'm now doing daily radiation which will continue until the end of June. This was the absolute hardest journey of my life and there were many times I did not think I would make it. I had so many friends and my totally AWESOME family do things like driving me to doctors (I didn't drive for four months), making meals, going grocery shopping, my daughter was my nurse for a month, and sending me prayers. I appreciate all of you, as well as the good people at the Breast Cancer Research Center and Cancer Rehab Center in Austin. Thank you to Felicia Reed who was such good counsel for me at the beginning of the journey! My longest friend in the world Carla Krugman Lovell has texted or called me every day since this began and flew here to be with me. So many people to thank for getting me close to the end of treatment. If anyone reading this happens to have cancer, please let me know and I will try to help in any way I can. Everyone going through this needs so much emotional and physical support. I has changed my life in so many ways and I will keep the faith that it never returns!

Look forwards, not backwards - so you don't trip!
Let's face it, running a business can be ππ ππ‘πππππ₯ππ, ππππ π₯ππ πππ πππ€π€πͺ ππ₯ π₯ππππ€.
If you're not organized and have things in place you can "trip" yourself up.
You might miss filing important paperwork on time, miss a client call, forget an important meeting or miss a deadline π¬.
If you look ahead and prepare you can avoid most of those "trips".
Another tip is to get help with the stuff that isn't in your wheelhouse.
βΌ Not good at setting up processes or systems- hire someone.
βΌ Dread completing important paperwork on time- hire someone.
βΌ Need a short term project manager for that big project- hire someone.
You don't have to do it alone. As a matter of fact, you shouldn't.

Sometimes clients give me a handful of sticky notes and say help - these are on my to do list today. I can see why they are overwhelmed and are worried that the most important note will never be seen. I can help you condense this into a concise manner and you will never lose a thing!
