Kilgore ISD joins Texas Taxpayer & Student Fairness Coalition - now representing 414 school districts from across the state!

Texas Taxpayer & Student Fairness Coalition now represents over 40% of the 1,024 districts across the state! Recent additions to the Fairness Coalition include: Excelsior, Childress, Benjamin and Bland ISDs.

Also in the news: Judge Dietz sets trial to begin October 22, 2012.

Several more districts join the Texas Taxpayer & Student Fairness Coalition: Hamilton, Longview, Priddy, Presidio, La Pryor, Early, Donna, DeSoto and Crystal City are the latest districts to Join the Fight!

Remember to participate in the Save Texas Schools Rally this Saturday, March 24th! Last year, they had over 13,000 people march to the Capitol showing their support for public education. Let's have another record-breaking turnout this year. The march and rally takes place at the State Capitol building in Austin from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Watch the video on the Equity Center homepage or visit www.savetxschools.org for additional information.
