That’s a wrap 🎬 for the Spring 2026 Semester. From rallies with and to achieving the highest primary turnout in UT history, UDems spent this semester organizing, mobilizing, and proving the power of student voices on campus and across Texas.

University Democrats would like to thank Ally Flores for over two years of service and dedication to our org, including spending the last two semesters as President.

Over the past two years, Ally has represented UDems with the utmost care and helped break UT Voter Registration and Election Turnout records for Off-Year November and March Primary elections, as well as introduce a $1,000 scholarship.

This past year, she helped us navigate a more restrictive and anti-free speech administration, ensuring that political speakers would be allowed to speak on campus.

Thank you, Ally. Your actions and commitment to our progressive mission has certainly made a huge impact!

After hours spent registering voters, lit dropping, block walking, and supporting our day-to-day UDems operations, we want to give a huge thank you to Lindsi for their incredible dedication to the club.

It’s volunteers like Lindsi who are the heartbeat of UDems, powering our mission to advance progressive values and turn out student voters across our community.
