Wrapping up our first ground-up construction project! This 4-unit townhouse building in Stephenville is part of a 48 unit development, consisting of 9 buildings. These offer 2 different floor plans: the exterior units (1917 square feet, 3 bed 3.5 bath), and the interior units (1490 square feet, 2 bed 2.5 bath). We are just waiting on the final electric to be hooked up along with a few final touches and they will be completed. Looking forward to the next 6-unit building!

We completed this bathroom renovation after the customer had significant water damage from a leaky shower valve. This resulted in us needing to replace rotted studs and lots of moldy drywall. They decided to get rid of the tub completely and keep the walk-in shower only. Now just waiting on shower glass to be installed.
