Today I observed that a property was missing its upper attic ventilation and inadequately ventilated. This could lead to slew of different issues down the road and overall shortening the lifespan of the roof covering material.

I had the opportunity to do a builder warranty inspection for this wonderful Indian family today. At the end of the inspection they gave me a plate of snacks(from India) and some lemonade. I was extremely honored and grateful for their hospitality! My only regret was that I was not able to sit with them at the moment.

For them to break bread with me in their home meant the world to me. The idea of this simple act is who I am to the core!
