"What do you test when the system never gives the same answer twice?"
That's the question Deepanjan Bhol — who leads quality for Microsoft Dynamics 365's Sales Research Agent — opens with on Episode 2 of The Agentic Quality Podcast.
His answer changed how we think about evaluating AI:
→ 200+ benchmarks
→ 7 LLM judges
→ A new definition of "passing"
When traditional tests don't apply, you don't go test-less. You build smarter ones.

📢 New blog alert.
Most QA teams test for what they expect to happen.
The best ones test for what shouldn't happen — but might.
That's the difference between traditional QA and chaos engineering. 🔥
In our latest blog, we break down:
→ What chaos engineering actually is (beyond the buzzword)
→ Why resilience testing matters in an era of distributed systems and AI agents
→ How QA teams can start chaos experiments without breaking production
→ The principles, the tools, and the mindset shift
If you're tired of finding out about failures from your customers — this one's for you.

New episode — live now. 🎙️
You bought the AI tools. Your developers feel more productive. So why aren't you shipping any faster?
Episode 3 of The Agentic Quality Podcast features Nishadhi Nikalandawatte, Director of Market Solutions at Slalom, in conversation with host Tatyana Arbouzova.
Her honest take: AI doesn't make broken processes faster. It makes the breakage visible.
Inside this episode:
✅ Where AI actually moves the needle — onboarding, incident response, defect clustering
✅ The 18,000-row defect story every QE leader needs to hear
✅ Why this is an organizational problem, not a technology one
✅ What changes in two years and what doesn't
AI is a powerful accelerant — but you have to have something worth accelerating.

⚙️ Testing Thursday — Topic #30
Are you rewarding bugs found — or bugs prevented?
Every QA team is measured on bugs found. Celebrated for catching them. Ranked by how many.
Almost nobody is measured on the bugs that never had to be caught in the first place.
But a high bug count isn't a sign of strong QA. It's often a sign of:
→ Broken upstream signals
→ Unclear requirements
→ A shift-left that never actually shifted
Detection is reactive — it scales linearly with headcount.
Prevention is leverage — it compounds with every process improvement.
The teams that win don't celebrate the firefighters. They celebrate the ones who made sure the fire never started.

AI is no longer a tool. It's becoming the interface.
Most teams haven't caught up to what that means.
For years, software has been something you operate. Increasingly, it's something you collaborate with — systems that hold context, take ownership of workflows, and make decisions you can stand behind.
That shift is what we're building for at ContextQA.
Three principles guide how we design intelligent systems for the enterprise:
→ Thinking Systems
AI that works with context, not just commands. The right answer depends on understanding the right question.
→ Autonomous Workflows
Multi-agent systems built for ex*****on. Beyond chat. Beyond suggestions. Systems that complete the work.
→ Reliable Decisions
Grounded AI with explainable outputs. Built for environments where every decision has to hold up to review.
The enterprises that lead the next few years won't be the ones with the most AI. They'll be the ones whose AI they actually trust.
That's what we're building.
