At 60, I am no longer becoming—I am.

I read this phrase and loved it “Nothing changes if nothing changes” it’s so true as I mature in my life I realize that we have to put our part in making changing . Opening ourselves up to change is healthy. May it be physically or mentally change is fabulous !!!
