Additional experience & responsibilities include:

•Design and develop robust scalable high-performing high-volume web applications with users across the globe.

•This position will work closely with application developers, business analysts, business stakeholders and QA teams. Skills Requirements:

•Solid experience with the development of internal applications

•Redis, elastic search

•Dapper ORM

•Experience with Micro Service Architecture

•Experience with Golang and Node.js

•Good Unit Testing and Integration Testing practices

•Prior experience on homegrown enterprise-level applications is preferable

•Agile/SCRUM Software Development Process experience is a plus

Education Required:

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science

What will you be doing?

Our client is looking to double their agency size over the next 12 months. Your job will be to connect and recruit local real estate agents, inform them of the amazing benefits our client has to offer, and convert them into full-time agents. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new Real Estate agents frequently and have the ability to determine an agent's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective agents. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Experience and Requirements:

•High School diploma or equivalent

•Experience in recruitment as a recruiter required

•Real estate or mortgage industry experience preferred

What you'll be doing

•Promote the sale of properties through walk-ins, incoming lead generation, open houses, engagement in multiple listing services and advertisements

•Maintain a good relationship with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, and escrow companies

•Prepare necessary paperwork such as closing statements, deeds, contracts, purchase agreements, and leases

•Inspect condition of premises and organize for necessary maintenance or inform property owners of maintenance needs

•Evaluate clients' financial abilities and research properties within their buying power

Requirements

•Active California Real Estate License

Salary:

•$36,000 per year base + commission
