I have a sharpbody andddd the socks to prove it. Six different class types 🌶️or🌶️🌶️or🌶️🌶️🌶️. Three different class levels for variety.

sharpbody a studio that knows and understands YOUR BODY. Balance is Best. ✅1-2x a week SCULPT, ✅2x Salty Sweet or sharpbody ✅1x a week Flow, 1-2x a week Flow + Recovery 1-2x a week Jumpboard or Jump Sculpt. And we are a STUDIO that offers it all. 1 Membership 6 different types of classes. Class shown in Pic is FLOW + RECOVERY. It’s 25m of contemporary Pilates flow class and 25 minutes of recovery which includes a little stretch stretching a little foam rolling and a little massage ball all in one class! To include a little Palo Santo in the air and soundbath music. Where balance is best and where movement meets community.
