The “best” squat depth is different for everyone. Once you start losing balance, rounding (I.e. 2nd pic), shifting weight, or forcing extra depth, you will actually create compensation patterns instead of building strength and that can lead to injury.🤕

Still soaking it all in. Being a small part of Peyton Stearns’ win at the Texas Open was something truly special.

But more than anything, moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Helping people unlock their potential, move better, REAL long term recovery, and become the best version of themselves is what drives me every single day. Whether it’s a professional athlete or someone simply wanting to live without pain and feel good again — it’s truly an honor to be part of that journey.

And getting to support one of our very own UT alumni on such a big stage? That was just the icing on the cake!🤘🎾
