Late-night Chinese BBQ and skewers at .official 🔥
Located in Chinatown, the interactive, high-energy atmosphere makes it an ideal BYOB spot. Every table was full from the moment we arrived early in the evening. Gao’s is open late until 2 AM, so its fun choice for a lively night out with friends!

Authentic halal Mediterranean food with house-made sauces in the heart of Wicker Park 📍 on Milwaukee Ave
Stop in for made-to-order dishes, fast casual service, and the perfect bite between window shopping/vintage thrifting in WP.
Our favorite was the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich, but honestly you really cannot go wrong here.
Cozy, minimalist Japanese spot serving Japanese curry and ramen 🍜
The ramen is fully customizable: I went with tonkotsu (classic) broth, pork chashu, medium saltiness, one clove of garlic, green onion, firm noodles, and added spicyness.
BYOB and right in the heart of Lakeview East. Perfect for a quick, casual stop. 😋

Authentic, spicy Sichuan Chinese street food in Lincoln Park! 🌶️🥵
This Chengdu-inspired spot brings the heat with their spicy hot pot, chili oil wontons (my favorite!), skewers, and much more.
