WHAT MUSCLE YOU HAVE TROUBLE "CONNECTING" WITH?
This was a large topic in my mentorship program, and learning how to connect with a muscle to its fullest contraction and stretch can have profound benefits not only to feel the muscle to a greater degree, but may also have dramatic impact to pain modulation as well as making mobility work easier for you. There are other benefits with mind-muscle connections, especially when used in isometric contraction, such as regulating blood pressure as well!
Name the muscle of interest below, and I will do my best to create future videos that can help!

SAD BUT TRUE!
If you really think about it, NO machine in the gym is enough to promote full muscle contraction. Take the bicep, for example, while using a preacher curl machine. You're only bending the elbow. Do you know what the bicep really does, though?
Bicep does
● Elbow flexion
● shoulder flexion
● shoulder adduction
● wrist and forearm supination
Those motions have to be loaded ALL TOGETHER at the same time to get the most maximum contraction possible! So there ya have it. Machines would have to be very weirdly designed in order to do all those motions at the same time under load. Imagine the hypertrophy we would gain if they did all that for every muscle in the body. Wouldn't that be amazing
