3d printing for the win! The science department needed some skulls to students. .trojans

Fixed a ring for . There are plenty of very capable people there. I just took on the project. It is a cracked ring from a drill press. It got some bevel treatment and weld. After the welding post process work. It is drill and tapped for a set screw.

Prepped for course fair. Trying to let kids know that the program exists.

We just did a layout for the power wires and components on our robot vacuums. The battery holder is 3d printed. The buck converter will be mounted and wired into the Euphy vacuums. They will do the cleaning when this project is complete. A video will follow this post.

This brings peace to the shop.

Not fully done. It needs to tweaks and wire management. This is the Vex robotics tool wall.

Making improvement to our heat set nut insert soldering iron. The 1 pic is the multiple size inserts. Pic 3 is the new asa printed tray for holding nut inserts. Pic 4 is fiber laser cut badge. I think this is complete.

The plastic shredder is atrociously loud. Hopefully this helps a bit. ♻️

Thank you for the awesome and poignant stickers. We got one for each of the bladed equipment in the shop.
