Pro tip: before you stand up, lie on your back, pull your knees to your chest, and rock gently from side to side for about 30 seconds. It helps your spine decompress and transition before you stand up and put all your weight on it.

-Get out the car.
-Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
-Place both hands on your lower back and gently arch backwards 10 times.
-Hold each arch for a breath or two.

Perhaps they would warn about risks of things like Gabapentin and have better suggestions??

So let’s be honest about where the science stands.
BPC-157 has shown genuinely interesting results for tissue repair and inflammation — in animals. A 2025 systematic review found 544 studies on it. Only 1 was a human clinical trial.
TB-500 has zero human clinical trials. None. Its safety profile in people is still completely unknown.
That doesn’t mean the conversation isn’t worth having. It means you deserve the full picture — not just what’s trending.
The most evidence-backed tools for back pain recovery are still movement, targeted rehab, and consistency. Not sexy. But actually studied in humans. 💙
