• Experience hand soldering through hole components, SMT components, and cables to meet IPC-610 Class 2 and J-STD guidelines.
• Experience using soldering equipment and hand tools to assemble new product and rework defects.
• Experience working in environments that utilize manufacturing travelers and logs.
• Ability to read component part numbers, drawings, bill of materials and work instructions.
• Ability to work with or without direct supervision.
• Ability to work in a team environment and get along with all employees.

• Experience programming and running My9 and My19 SMT pick and place machines.
• Able to setup SMT line (running screen printers, placement machines, and reflow ovens)
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as out lined in the preventative maintenance manual.
• Ability to work in a team environment and get along with all employees.
• Must be able to read bill of materials and assembly documentation.
• Ability to work with or without direct supervision.
• Must possess knowledge of electronic manufacturing methods, quality, and IPC workmanship standards.

a. Inspect complex PCBAs, cables and mechanical assemblies.

b. Inspect mechanical parts using calipers, gauges and standard inspection tools.

c. Maintain and complete inspection logs and reports.

d. Performs first article inspections.

e. Ability to read drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams and bills of materials.

f. Ability to recognize wire sizes and hardware.

g. Ability to read component values including color code.

h. Experience using IPC 610 and J-Std-001 standards.

i. Fluent in English
