December Volunteer Project @ Meals on Wheels Join Austin Involved on Saturday, December 13, 2014 and lend a hand to wrap gifts that will go directly to Central Texans that are elderly and/or homebound.

So we've done Black Friday and Cyber Monday....ready for Giving Tuesday? In recent years giving days have become the biggest trend nationwide and have engaged large amounts of first-time donors, especially younger donors suggesting that a new generation of givers is being cultivated through education and first-hand experience. Amplify Austin found that 46% of donations came from first-time donors in 2014. Here is a great piece by NPR with a great overview of giving days nationwide.
