Every buyer who moves to the Austin metro from a big city eventually tells me the same thing: “I didn’t know I was allowed to want this.”

A town square. A coffee shop where the owner knows your name by month three. A Saturday market you can walk to. Trick-or-treating on actual streets. A bench, a bookstore, a slow afternoon.

Georgetown has this. And the homes within a 10-minute walk of this square are some of the most underpriced inventory in the whole metro right now — $400K–$850K for the kind of life people fly to Charleston to fake for a weekend.

If they can picture their Saturday morning unfolding on this block — we’re close. If they can’t, we keep looking.

I don’t sell square footage. I sell Saturdays.
