Today we celebrate the freedoms that make America a beacon of hope. We are deeply grateful to live in a country where women survivor voices aren’t just heard—they’re amplified, they drive change, and they help protect the next generation.
Standing with these powerful women on the steps of the Capitol, we will keep pushing for stronger DNA laws, justice, and real change.

After surviving a devastating assault, fled Arizona for California to escape her attacker.
She never saw his face.
Little did she know… she had moved to the exact same city where he lived.
Years later, a DNA match from an unrelated California felony arrest finally brought justice through CODIS. Right now, only 19 states collect DNA upon arrest for all felonies.
Every single state needs to follow suit — no more loopholes.
No more preventable victims. No more survivors living in fear.
This is how we close the gap and protect families.

Impactful moments in Des Moine for the fight for justice! Grateful to Iowa AG for championing Katie’s Law and inviting us onto The Simon Conway Show. Together we’re pushing to collect DNA at arrest for felonies/aggravated misdemeanors—saving lives, solving cold cases, exonerating innocent and protecting victims. Iowa is moving forward, let’s keep the momentum!

Out advocating with heart and soul for arrestee DNA laws that actually help solve crimes, stop repeat offenders, protect our communities, protect privacy, exonerate innocent people, save money, and give victims the answers they deserve. Just got back from Georgia, heading to Iowa next week, then Missouri the week after, and Kentucky right behind that.
Grateful beyond WORDS for the lawmakers and advocates on this journey, the people believing in justice and making it a reality. Special shoutout to Arnold Ventures for stepping up with support and amplifying these efforts to make communities safer.
