💃🏻I’M BACK! 💃🏻

After moving into a smaller kitchen space a year ago, I’ve finally found my groove and am back in action.
Now, with herbal tinctures (and tea blends soon) on offer as well!

As fermentation season winds down, pickle season will pick up! I’ve currently got a few ferments ready and hope to get a few more going before the roots & crucifers burn up, but then it’s pickled cukes & okra for dayyyyyys.

Not much can be done to improve upon the smash burger, but adding HanCan kimchi or radchi will sure magnify the flavors!

Try it yourself at my PICKLE POP-UP tomorrow 5-7pm at Summerland Pub in my hometown Menard, TX where I’ll be selling my pickles, ferments & vinegars at $1 off each for my homies.

It’s been a while! I finally got some products done that I’d like to share. If you haven’t maxed out that spending budget yet, then stock up on some Han-Can!
My 3oz grape vinegar & serrano peach hot sauce would make great last-minute stocking stuffers.
I’ve also got vegan & non-vegan kimchi.
