Purchasing Agent Core Responsibilities:
- Request and gather pricing information from vendors
- Manage deadlines with vendors and track status regularly, providing updates to all key partners
- Write purchase orders, receive and manage invoices, work with finance and accounting to ensure timely follow-through
- Work with vendors to solidify shipping details
- Enter pricing data and finalize accurate pricing information
- Track and resolve all pending discrepancies, including tracking damaged items
- Ensure clear communication between internal and external project stakeholders
- Manage relationships with suppliers to establish business accounts
- Keep all process systems updated

**Accurately documenting all information is critical to the success of the project.
