We focused on strengthening leadership alignment, improving communication, and setting clear goals to drive performance in the months ahead.

Bringing our managers together in person created space for collaboration, strategy, and relationship-building. The team-building sessions reinforced trust, accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence. Investing in our people is one of the most important ways we continue to grow and deliver results.

🎓 Alan Stalcup Scholarship Recipient Spotlight | UTRGV

Proud to recognize Layla Sierra, one of the newest recipients of the Alan Stalcup Scholarship.

A senior at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, Layla is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Education with ESL certification (EC–6) and is on track to graduate in Fall 2026. Her goal is simple and powerful — serve students and strengthen classrooms across Texas.

She shared:
“Thank you for selecting me as a recipient. This award truly means so much to me, and I am incredibly grateful for the support.”

Stories like Layla’s are exactly why this scholarship exists — to remove financial barriers, support hardworking students, and invest in future educators who will make a lasting impact in their communities.
