There are often a lot of hearts ❤️ and flowers 🌺 surrounding the topics of kindness and gratitude, but ample research demonstrates that expressing gratitude improves the well-being for both expressers *AND* recipients. In this way, "thinking in a more compassionate way is the best way to fulfill your own interests,” Dalai Lama and the practice can be engaged in more like a daily workout 💪 or meditation 🧘♂️
