It’s been a minute since I’ve been on here. Lol I’m back in the market routine starting tonight! Come by and say hi. 😊
During these crazy times, it’s more important than ever to shield yourself from the heavy energy. The collective is going through a huge shake up and everyone is feeling it in some capacity. Along with self care and rest, it’s important to energetically shield yourself. Then you can be aware and empathetic to what’s going on and still have the energy to move towards your goals. This world needs more love and healing instead of more chaos. Remeber to check in and see if the energy you’re feeling is your’s or the collectives. From there you can either give yourself more care or cleanse/shield yourself so you can keep moving forward. 💜
This energy is wild man lol I am so tired and super anxious for no obvious reason. Instead of fighting the feeling, Im riding the wave doing relaxing activities. How are you guys taking care of yourself right now? 💜
Our spiritual team send us signs all the time, it’s up to us to be aware and receive them. 😊 Signs can come in so many forms from song lyrics resonating to repetitive coins in random places. Every song has its own meaning and message depending on what it is. What signs had spirit sent you? 🦋
When someone experiences layers of trauma, we build up defenses to shield ourselves from further hurt. Which is needed at the time to shelter us from more harm. The downside is when you are now in a safe space and still have your defenses up. You end up blocking happiness, joy and abundance in your life. You will of course experience glimmers of it but it will not last if you’re waiting for the next shoe to drop or are searching for danger. As you go along your healing journey you will realize you can slowly disarm your protection and allow in more true happiness. You have the tools and knowledge to keep yourself safe from now on if danger ever shows up again. You don’t need to worry anymore. Give yourself grace and compassion as you disassemble your armor and thank your past self for keeping you safe when it was needed. You deserve all the beautiful things this life has to offer. 💜 Keep going and be patient with your self. If anyone needs a safe space to share what they’re going through or just need feel heard. Happy 4th! This happens to be my favorite holiday. I have such fond memories of family time, fireworks, street fairs, yummy food and you can’t forget funnel cakes. Have a safe time tonight! 💙🎆

To me this is what majority of healing looks like. Sitting in a quiet space, reading, journaling and reflecting. A good portion of the time it involves tears and moving through some deep hurts. Of course all the spiritual healing modalities help but at the end of the day it is your responsibility to heal yourself. 💜
You are your night in shining armor.
You are the parents you needed as a kid.
You are the trusted friend that listened to all your struggles and told you it’s going to be okay.
You are the hero that saved you from your current situation.
You are strong, and are capable of so many great things if you trust yourself.
Be your biggest cheerleader and support system. Everyone else is a bonus on the adventure we call life. Make sure you take care and love yourself, even when it feels like others dont. You deserve every ounce of happiness, love and support that this world has to offer. 🌹

It’s been a minute since I’ve been on here. I’ve been working on my physical health quite a bit. Building healthy habits and feeling good. When your husband is changing your oil and finds a beautiful Monarch butterfly sitting there. He told me since he knew I would want to keep it. Lol Per my husband, you can now call me a twisted Pokémon collector 😂
