You want abs FAST!

I get it, you want them like... yesterday!

But I have a few things I want to let you know first.

Did you know that your core isn't just your six pack stomach area?

Your CORE literally goes from your shoulders down to your knees.

Wild right?

It's so important to strengthen all those areas to have a strong foundation.

IF you ever hear anyone telling you they will get you abs FAST, it’s probably a scam OR they might be promoting a detox tea that will be having you s**t your brains out and be on the toilet for a few days šŸ’©

Getting strong abs is a combination of making sure you are targeting your core properly and having proper nutrition... soooo we added a nutrition component to Core Revolution!

Hate to break it to ya... I know you’re gonna read this and be like, ā€œthat’s easy for her to say...ā€ but it isn’t!

It’s like anything in life... you think you’ll be happy when you hit a certain point, but if you’re not happy during the journey and if you don’t learn to love yourself now, you’ll always be striving for more. You'll always be searching for the next thing. I like to call this the ā€œI’ll be happy whenā€ syndrome. I chatted about it with the other day!


Fun fact: I wasn’t happy in this picture šŸ‘†šŸ¼ and I didn’t actually have a strong foundation.

I was starving… barely eating… over training… comparing myself to others... working countless hours

So why am I sharing this with you? Because I want you to enjoy the journey and not be so dead set on the result. Your happiness starts now! Your happiness starts here wherever you're at.

If your goal is to have a tight tone core, that’s amazing! But I want you to be happy with you now, happy with journey of learning, growing and becoming the best version of yourself.

Anyways that’s my rant …..
