▪️A home inspector is kind of like your general doctor. If we see anything out of the ordinary, we will recommend the correct specialist to take care of any deficiencies found.
▪️A home inspection is a snapshot of the home’s current state. This includes a visual inspection of the foundation, the roof, the grading and drainage, the HVAC system, the plumbing, the electrical, and all other major components of the home.
▪️Additionally, Odell Home Inspections offers thermal imaging, irrigation, septic, pool, and Wood Destroying Insects(WDI) inspections!

Something you probably want to know right now: is the AC working efficiently? One way to know is by measuring the differential between the registers and supplies. Ideally you want a differential of 15-20 degrees.

⚠️Safety Hazard!⚠️ I see this pretty often. Open or missing knockouts should be covered with a breaker filler plate. This is very dangerous if left uncovered.
