HIGH PROTEIN MEAT LOVERS PIZZA BAKE! 🍕 

Save and share this recipe with your friends and family! ❤️ 

Ingredients: 
1 jar marinara sauce 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp onion powder 
1 tsp oregano 
1 tbsp chili flakes (add less or more to your liking!) 
1-2 tbsp honey (you can also use sugar free honey - linked in my amazon store!) 
1 pound ground beef (cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper) 
1 1/2 cup diced grilled chicken 
1 tbsp tomato paste 
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 
Pepperoni slices (add less or more to your liking!) 
1/2 cup ricotta cheese (dollop on top!) 
3-4 fresh basil leaves, chopped 

This is super easy to make! Cook your meat and then start adding everything into your baking dish! Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes. Once it comes out of the oven, top with ricotta and fresh basil! 🌿

¡PIZZA AL HORNO PARA AMANTES DE LA CARNE, ALTA EN PROTEÍNAS! 🍕

Ingredientes:

1 frasco de salsa marinara
1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
1 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
1 cucharadita de orégano
1 cucharada de hojuelas de chile (¡añade menos o más al gusto!)
1-2 cucharadas de miel (también puedes usar miel sin azúcar; ¡la encontrarás en mi tienda de Amazon!)
450 g de carne molida (cocida y sazonada con sal y pimienta)
1 1/2 tazas de pollo a la parrilla en cubos
1 cucharada de pasta de tomate
1/2 taza de queso mozzarella
Rodajas de pepperoni (¡añade menos o más al gusto!)
1/2 taza de queso ricotta (¡una cucharada por encima!)
3-4 hojas de albahaca fresca picadas

¡Es súper fácil de hacer! Cocina la carne y luego empieza a añadir todo a la fuente. Hornea a 175 °C durante 15-20 minutos. Una vez que salga del horno, ¡cúbrela con ricotta y albahaca fresca! 🌿

Shredded Chipotle Beef 🔥🌶️🥩 

This beef right here is flavor packed and so easy to make. Also GREAT for meal prepping. Use it for tacos, bowls, whatever you want! Very similar to Chipotle's barbacoa!

FULL RECIPE ⬇️

INGREDIENTS
- ~3 lb chuck roast
- Seasonings: Salt, pepper & garlic powder 
- ~1-2 tbsp of ghee
- 2 bay leaves 

(Braising Liquid: Blend all ingredients together) 
- ~1.5-2 cups beef broth 
- ~2-4 chipotles in adobo sauce 
- ~1-2 tbsp of adobo sauce 
- ~2 tbsp of minced garlic 
- ~2 tbsp of apple cidar vinegar 
- Juice of a lime 
- ~ 2 tbsp cumin
- ~ 2 tbsp mexican oregano 
- ~ 1 tbsp onion powder 
- ~ 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ~ 1/2 tbsp salt 
- ~ 1/2 tbsp pepper

Note(s): Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. If you prefer spicier, add extra chipotles to the braising liquid. I personally don't like it to spicy so I only added 3. 

DIRECTIONS 
1.  Prepare the braising liquid and set aside. 
2. Pat the chuck roast dry and season heavily on all sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Sear in ghee or oil of choice on a large skillet for 3-4 min per side on medium-high heat.
4. Pour a layer of the liquid in the bottom of the crockpot then add in the chuck roast. Pour the rest of the liquid in and add the bay leaves. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or until fork tender and start to falls apart. Cooking time will vary depending on size of roast and style of cooker. 
5. Remove and let cool for a few minutes then shred it up. Add some of the broth over top.
6. Serve it with whatever you want & ENJOY! 🙌🏻

Sweet Potato Smash Burgers 🍔🍠🔥

Not much to say other than these were absolutely INCREDIBLE. Healthy, easy and most importantly so damn good! 

FULL RECIPE ⬇️

INGREDIENTS (2-3 servings)
- 1 lb of lean ground beef (I used 93/7) 
Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder.
- Arugula 
- Provolone cheese (I used thinly sliced)

Sweet Potato "Buns":
- 1 big round sweet potato 
- Avocado oil spray 
- Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & smoked paprika.

Maple Carmamlized Onions: 
- 1 large white onion
- ~2 tbsp EVOO 
- -2 tbsp butter
- ~1 cup chicken bone broth 
- ~1/4 cup Maple syrup 
- Seasonings: salt, pepper & garlic powder.

Sauce: 
- 1/3 cup avocado mayo
- 2 tbsp truff hot @sauce 
- 1 tbsp horseradish 
- Pinch of salt, pepper & garlic powder.

Note(s): Measurements are estimated. Adjust ingredients to your liking. 

DIRECTIONS 
1. Thinly slice the onion then add it to a large skillet over medium-low heat with olive oil & butter. Season and add in 1/4 cup of bone broth and let the onions cook down mixing every few minutes. Once the liquid is gone, add another 1/4 cup of bone broth and mix every few minutes until the onions are almost done then add in the maple syrup and let finish caramelizing to your liking.
2. While the onions are cooking, peel the sweet potato then cut into ~1/3 inch circular slices. Add to a lined baking sheet. Coat with avocado oil spray and season both sides. Roast at 400°F until both sides are crispy and the center is soft. (About 30 or so minutes flipping 1/2 way through)
3. Add ground beef to a large bowl. Season generously and mix well then form into 6 balls. From there get a large skillet going over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, spray with oil then place the meat balls on and smash them down thin and evenly. Flip after 1.5-2 minutes then add the cheese on top while the other side finishes.
4. Assemble & ENJOY! 🙌🏻
