24 hours till Beach Body is out! 👙🏖️🙈

I plan to share more about where this song came from. But here’s a little tid bit. I didn’t swim in public in a bathing suit for 8 years. Yes there were small get togethers, where I’d where shorts or a T-shirt, or an occasional one piece. But I didn’t swim in the ocean or public pools, i wound it be caught dead in a bikini. Looking back I find it pretty sad how self conscious I was. The words “I gotta work on my “beach body” for summer”, would start floating around in fall and winter. Now as an adult I know every body is a beach body. So here’s a little reminder that you don’t need to prep 6 months in advance 😎💋
