Last week, the TAC Risk Management Services team brought its new Heavy Equipment Safety Training to the Reeves County Road and Bridge Department. Participants put their skills to the test using a heavy equipment simulator, gaining hands-on practice in a safe environment.

Last week, TAC Risk Management Services attended the Far West Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association Annual Conference. Eric Magee, general counsel for the County Judges and Commissioners Association of Texas, presented an informative session on county roads, easements and rights of way.

TAC Risk Management Services has been traveling across Texas this month! Last week, our team visited Duval County to provide safety training for county commissioners and Road and Bridge employees. We also conducted training for La Salle County’s Cemetery and Parks Department. Sessions offered practical guidance to help county employees reduce risks and work safely while serving their communities.

Last week, the TAC Risk Management Services team hosted a Risk Management Leadership Workshop in Goliad County. It was a great opportunity to connect with county leaders, exchange ideas and explore ways to strengthen risk management efforts.
