Dadinho de Tapioca- Gruyère, Tomato Honey
This Brazilian treat was born from a kitchen accident. Chef Rodrigo Oliveira from Mocotó in Sao Paolo was trying to make a Tapioca dough and left the mixture in the fridge. When he realized it’d hardened, instead of throwing it out he threw it in the fryer and the crispy and gooey treat was born.
Try it as part of your cocktail hour, they’re always a crowd pleaser! 🌼
